Xapo Bank
One of the first Bitcoin custodians, Xapo Bank is now a fully licensed and regulated bank in Gibraltar that puts Bitcoin first. It took that message on the road to the biggest gatherings in the Bitcoin community, and we went with it.
THE BRIEF
ONE CREW ACROSS THREE CONTINENTS
Xapo Bank set out to meet the Bitcoin community in person at major conferences in Hong Kong, Prague and Nashville. It needed one crew that could travel with its team from Asia to Europe to North America, cover every day of each event, and keep the bank live and visible online the whole time. Visual Suspect covered all three events end to end, with photography, video, interviews and live streaming, and one consistent look from the first city to the last.
LIVE ON MULTIPLE SOCIAL PLATFORMS AT ONCE
Not every Bitcoiner can fly to Hong Kong, Prague or Nashville, so we brought the events to them. We streamed live from the conference floor to several social media platforms at the same time, putting Xapo Bank in front of its online community as things happened. Wherever the event was, followers around the world could watch it unfold in real time.

CONTENT THAT LANDS WHILE THE EVENT IS STILL ON
At a conference, a post that goes out next week is a post nobody sees. So between broadcasts, we delivered on the day, every day. Edited photos reached Xapo Bank’s shared library in batches from morning to evening, already sorted by booth, team, speakers, atmosphere, competitor stands, giveaways and behind the scenes. Each evening the team had short edited videos ready to post, in 4K and HD and cut in both 16:9 and 9:16 so they fit every feed. In Hong Kong alone, that meant four new short films a day.

From the booth to the main stage to the crowd, we captured each conference the way attendees lived it. We also sat down with Xapo Bank’s team on camera to tell the story of a Bitcoin-first bank, with clean audio from busy halls, full transcripts and subtitles. At the end of each event, we handed over the edit timelines and proxies, so Xapo Bank’s in-house team could keep cutting new clips long after the doors closed.
