Event Video for Henley & Partners in Hong Kong
Henley & Partners is the global leader in residence and citizenship planning. As globalization has expanded, residence
and citizenship have become topics of significant interest among the increasing number of internationally mobile
entrepreneurs and investors.
Workshop and conferences were organized during an entire week at JW Marriott hotel in Hong Kong, and we ensured
shooting all along including live broadcasting, interviews and global filming in view of producing a Highlight video.

EVERYONE WAS THERE
Our shooting took place at Pacific Place, in Admiralty, at the Marriott Hotel. The invited crowd was composed of different personalities, such as country presidents, immigration experts, and Hong Kong public figures. This event was high stakes for our client, and our work was critical in the sense of delivering a dynamic video, including inspiring quotes of the conference speeches.
ENTIRE SPEECH RECORDING
Our video crew shot, and recorded, all speeches of the five days event. During the post-production, we carefully selected the parts working well in the final edit, together with the sub-versions of the video. After reviewing hours of material, our scriptwriter wrote up the narrative storyline of the film and presented it to the client. It is worth to mention, that the first proposed edit and the final cut are almost identical; this was possible through close pre-production communication, despite the geographical distance, before the event.
OBJECT REMOVAL PROCESS, WITH ADVANCE FINISHING
For this project, we enhanced several shots, to have the result serving the best, our client’s needs. Object removals, sound adjustments, speech quote selection, were essential for this video work. This process is universal and mandatory for perfecting movie until the last pixel, in advertising film; nevertheless for event video shot in few days, and delivered to the client right after the event, our team had to push their speed to distribute the film on social medial and other platforms, in a very short timeframe.
SHOT WITH END AUDIENCE IN MIND
At the original brief, we met our client team in Hong Kong Island, and the main request was scripted, based on outstanding speeches. The second most important thing was about visual quality, and in the end, to showcase the various activities, private meetings, workshops that took place during the event. The filming crew and post-production teams were continuously aligned for having the first cut, the closest to the requirement of Henley and Partners, and having the revision only for perfecting the film.
